We are a non-profit organization whose goal is to change the healthcare system in the state of California and entire United States Of America.
CALTCHA guarantees all needed care, services, equipment and coordination to every CA resident. It will plan and fund this system, directed by state of the art standards, public prioritization and freedom of choice among all licensed health care providers without limiting networks. A true paradigm shift.
Our main agenda is to establish democratic neighborhood assembly assessment, planning, and participation in service system access in partnership with local public health departments and end disparate negative health impacts.
Prioritize home and local health care service, delivery and accessibility by decentralizing existing corporate medical empires to correct the healthcare inequities, racial and cultural negative disparities and dehumanization that afflicts patients and health professional.
Our Vision is to identify and eliminate the underlying problem by taking control of the universal health care delivery system from corporate wealth care to establish an anti profit, publicly funded and controlled system
We must decentralize the current profit-oriented healthcare system to a community base delivery system. We want to facilitate the acceptance to implementation of a healthcare system that will transform the entirety of the medical industry in CA.
To eliminate all fiscal intermediaries, and impossibly chaotic and inflated health costs, annual global budgets will be paid to assure service equity, quality, accountability, and affordability from tax payers through the single publicly administered CALTCHA Trust fund in our state.
Establish tuition free, post-secondary education and training for all health professional. Eliminate school debts with year for year exchange of service in urban and rural health deserts.
Diversify the ethnic, racial, cultural, and language composition and true team service practice across the universal health workforce.
We plan on transforming the tapestry of health care accessibility and accountability by bringing the following changes:
