Arthur is a health policy consultant committed to healthcare as a human right and ending the criminalization of people who use drugs. With over ten years leading strategy and operations teams in private, public, and academic settings, Arthur has experience spanning therapeutic development, health system transformation, harm reduction, and environmental justice. Arthur currently supports the NIH Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx) COVID-19 response program for which he and his team received the 2021 NIH Director's Award.
